Soft dough cake obtained from natural leavening, with an irregular oval shape. The dough is made from a base of flour, eggs, milk and fresh cream enriched with delicious salted caramel, semi-candied apricots and white chocolate.
The coating is further enriched with melted white chocolate and crunchy caramel pearls.
